Podcast

Hello, I am Victor Salamba, a Child of God who constantly relies on my Father to do what I do on a daily; speaking. For I was born a stammerer, but I talk for a living.
I believe the quality of relationships I have determines the quality of life I have, and it's true of all human beings. At that, I am passionate about teaching, guiding, and walking the journey with people to have thriving healthy relationships with SELF, OTHERS & GOD.

7 Spirits Destructive To Relationships

Today I want to share about destructive relationship spirits. These are the parts of our character that sabotage our relationships, if not subdued. When they arise, we do not see the other person but to fixate on ourselves. People are necessary partners in achieving goals and visions. People can either propel or contribute to your stagnation or stress. Cooperative people are easy to deal with, but how do you function when faced with difficult people? Difficult people can sabotage plans set at work, at home, in church and in our general journey of life.

Preparing a Vision For Your Family

Proverbs 29:18 “where there is no vision the people perish.” Every so often, the organizations we work for break away to set out plans and strategies. They evaluate progress made, challenges faced and make adjustments to match well formulated visions. But when it comes to our families, we often plan as we go. We hope that the things in our heads will come to pass by chance. However, in reality for a family to work, it needs direction which leads to growth. Growth is a product of vision.
